SOM Practitioner Gathering 2026: Registration Payment

3% Cover the Fee

Thank you for registering to attend the SOM practitioner community gathering July 9-13th at The Watershed Center in Millerton, NY. 

We are asking people to provide between $1,000-$3,000 for their participation in this gathering. For context, we expect to have up to 20 people participate, and the full cost to provide this offering is approximately $40,000, which includes:

  • 4 days and 3 nights at The (beautiful) Watershed Center in Hudson Valley, NY

  • Three wonderfully prepared meals per day

  • Nourishing snacks

[Note: This cost does not include transportation costs to arrive at Watershed. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel etc. SOM can offer logistical suggestions and support.]

Pay in Full vs Payment Installments:

Half the registration fee is due to hold your spot and is non-refundable*

The second payment is due by May 31st

*Cancellation Policy

If you've paid in full by the time of cancellation we will refund you half of your registration fee. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the full amount unless we are able to fill your spot with another attendee. If you only made your first payment by the time of cancellation then that payment will not be refundable unless we are able to fill your spot with another attendee.
